Our mini recycling plant will crush reinforced concrete, bricks, blocks, tiles, asphalt, glass, porcelain, stone and rocks.   The crushers can be fed by a mini excavator, skid steer or by hand. Processing between 45-120 tons a day, the size of the product can be varied depending upon requirements, from fines to 75 mm minus agregate.

SCREENING

 

Our easliy transportable grizzly screen works hand in hand with our concrete crusher. The screen will sift and sort materials including crushed concrete, bricks, tiles etc into 50mm, 25mm agregate and fines. Top soil, builders rubble, site rubbish can also be sifted and sorted dramatically reducing the cost of cartage and tip fees.
